To check a LuLu Money Card balance, open the LuLu Money app and go to LuLu Money Cards. The available balance appears with the virtual card on the My Cards screen. This is the clearest starting point for someone checking money on a LuLu salary card.
LuLu has several services with similar names. This guide covers the Money Card, not a supermarket gift card or loyalty points. Before following any instructions, read the product name on the card or in the app.
How to see the balance in the app
According to the official LuLu Money FAQ, the card screen can be reached from the home page, the More menu or a quick-access shortcut after the card has been added to the account.
- Open the official LuLu Money app and sign in.
- Choose LuLu Money Cards on the home screen.
- If that shortcut is absent, look under More → My Cards.
- Open the relevant card.
- Read the available balance beside its virtual card image.
Keep the login and any verification steps inside the official app. A travel blog does not need a card number, PIN or OTP to explain these steps.
Why is the card missing?
A missing card tile is different from a zero balance. First check that the app is signed in to the correct customer account. Then look for the card section through the More menu rather than relying only on a home-screen shortcut.
If the card still does not appear, use LuLu support to check whether it is linked to the account. Do not create extra accounts or repeatedly enter another person’s card details as a workaround. Record the exact error message before asking for help.
What if the salary has not arrived?
Start by separating two questions: whether payroll has been sent, and whether the money has reached this card. Ask the employer or payroll team for the payment status and reference. Then ask the card provider about the missing credit if payroll confirms it was sent.
A payslip is not, by itself, proof that funds are already available to spend. Avoid planning a withdrawal from a salary notification alone; check the card balance and the relevant transaction record.
Available balance and recent transactions
The balance screen answers how much the app currently reports as available. A transaction list answers a different question: what money has moved in or out. Comparing both can help explain an unexpected amount.
- Check the date and amount of the expected salary credit.
- Look for recent purchases and withdrawals.
- Note any transaction you do not recognise.
- Ask support about a difference that the records do not explain.
Do not assume that every difference is a fee or a missing salary payment. The provider needs the account record to explain the actual cause.
Can you check through a website or ATM?
The verified instructions above are for the app. Use only a balance-check website linked by LuLu itself or a method confirmed for the specific card. Do not enter salary-card details into an unrelated page simply because it ranks for this keyword.
For ATM use, check the card’s supported services and fee schedule first. Acceptance for cash withdrawal does not automatically tell a customer whether a balance enquiry is supported or charged.
Getting help
LuLu’s UAE FAQ lists 600 522 204 and customercare@ae.luluexchange.com for support. Check the contact details in the current app before sending account-related information. In a public comment, share only the error text with personal details removed.
Is LuLu Happiness the same balance?
No. Loyalty rewards and money on a salary card are separate. Make sure the screen says LuLu Money Cards.
Should a customer share an OTP to get help?
No. Enter authentication codes only in the official process the customer started. Do not send them to a stranger offering to check the balance.
